Update: I Stopped Using AWS Weather Bug 6.07 In RTM And Am Now Using
Desktop Weather 5.01 by The Weather Channel in RTM (Works A Whole Lot Better
In RTM, Just FYI).

What's with the UPPER case on the start of EVERY word AND why the FYI all
the damn time?

Ah yes, the English language. I have a nice display picture for Windows Live
Messenger which says the following:

Try putting a shortcut to it in the StartUp folder.
