update for daylight savings time

When I download and install the new patch to update my time for daylight
savings time it tells me it cannot be installed since a newer one has
already been installed. If so, my time did not change. Can anyone help?

Operating System you run?
KB article number of the update you tried to download and install?
Time Zone you are in/follow?

Share your solution with the millions that might happen upon this in the
future?
 
Hello - I just tried to run the patch and got the same message. Can you tell
me what you did? It's weird because the time is only off sporadically.
