update favorites

I would like to update my many favorites in Internet Explorrer
(6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519). I found programs that can be of
help but they ask me to insert the favorites manually. Isn't there a program
that it does automatically?

Hi,
I've used AM Deadlink http://www.aignes.com/deadlink.htm for several years.
It can check Favorites one folder at a time or can check all Favorites
(might take a while.)

This Google search found a number of similar programs.

Try the following:

FavOrg: To save Favicons - Free
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Bookmark-Managers/favorg.shtml

This allows you to save them permanently in a different folder and
re-associate your favorites with the stored icons. It also verifies whether
your links in Favorites are still good.
