Update error

Every time i try and download the up dates from the microsoft page i get about half way through and then something called NT Authority System comes up and tells me that i have 1 minute before my system will restart and that i have run into an error. WHAT IS This??? Can i turn it off? Why is it affecting all of my programs and downloads?
 
You most likely have Blaster.
