Update Error

I am running WINXP Pro SP3. 'Belarc Advisor' marks updates KB 929969 and KB
938127 with an 'error' and suggest these updates be reinstalled.

I thought SP3 included all past updates so do I really need to 'reinstall'
the two updates as suggested by 'Belarc'?
 
Windows XP SP3 includes all previously released updates for the operating system, in
addition to a small number of new updates. Windows XP SP3 will not significantly change
the Windows XP experience.

The updates you mentioned are for IE7 - can't hurt.
