when opening windows mail I get an error message...."could not locate valid
definitions page. please go to the program options page and click "update
definitions" to download definitions file.
I can't find a "program options page. Any suggestions??

That doesn't sound like an error message from Windows Mail.
It may be coming from your antivirus or anti-spyware program.

Did you ever solve this problem? I have the exact same message coming up when
I open and I can't finwhere to go eother. Thanks.
