Update could not be installed

Today, I installed several updates. However, one (KB928365) was not
installed. As I remember, some time ago, a similar problem happened. It was
resolved somehow... Does someone know how to install .NET Framework v.2
(KB928365)?

Windows XP, and Windows 2000: July 10, 2007

Ilyaz, I had similar problem when downloading via automatic updates.
But, it downloaded okay on the second attempt when I tried via the MS
update site.

Thanks for your suggestions. I uninstalled .NET Frameworks 2, reinstalled it
and then installed the upgrade...

Ilyaz, I reinstalled NET Framework 2 also, but it did not take care of the
problem.

Where are all our MVP's like Malke, Saunders, and Vogel today?

Lots of folks are having problems - try searching the WU Newsgroup for further solutions
or in the alternative you may need to contact MS.
