I downloaded the service pack 2 and when I installed it I have been unable to
open certain kinds of files in a web browser especially pdf files. When I
click on the link at the lower right part of the browser I am directed to the
screen when these add ons are managed and I get the message "that these
add-ons are being managed by the administrator. I dont know where to go next
