Up Time

How do I check how long the server has been up? Or how do
I know when was the last time the server has been rebooted?

Either use UPTIME.EXE from the Resource Kit or from a cmd line run:

net statistics server

You will see Statistics since <date & time>

Is there any way to persuade the net command to display the date according to
the regional settings, or is it hard-coded to US date format? Dir obeys the
regional settings.
