Up;oading from camera

When trying to upload from camera I get cannot
find 'Un41328.exe'. This file is not on my system. It is
not on the driver for the camera as XP doesn't need it.
How do I get this file please? The camera is a JENOPTIK
4.1z8, and there support team say they have neverhad this
happen before and referred me to windows! Any guidance
appreciated
