Upom login to our user accounts, we found ourselves to a
new account. When we checked c:/documents and settings.
we found our user account duplicated with a folder name
our username.computer name. when we login with our
passwords, we are brought to this new account.I belong to
the administrator group and upon checking users in control
panel, it looks fine with no user account duplication. The
system does not allow us to simply delete that new
account, saying that" It is a windows system folder and it
is required for windows to run properly and it cannot be
deleted" Why has this happen?
