unwanted toolbar!

i have a message at: INTERNET EXPLORER TOOLBARS And said:
(5AAo6644-BC46-4220-A46047A6EB47C96D) WARNING FILE IS
MISSING! .THEN THERE IS ANOTHER MESSAGE THAT SAID:THIS
TOOLBAR IS A THREAT,YOU SHOUD RUN A FULL SPYWARE SCAN NOW.

I did scan fallowing the instruction but the problem
still there(the unwanted toolbar and the error)also i
tried permanently removed this toolbar with no good
results(problem still there) please help me!
