I based a new form on the template for Multiple Items. It put this shading
into it that shows at the top of every page and I can't get rid of it.
Aarrgh!!!

I haven't used Access in anumber of years and I've forgotten so much. I
thought that the template would be quicker - Hah! I finally figured it out,
though. There was an image in there. I was able to remove it after fishing
around for a while. Thanks for your time!

The perils of using templates and wizards, never touch 'em myself. Is this
shading an object that you can select? If there isn't any VBA code in a form
event causing this, perhaps there is a macro that generates this object
(never use macros either, all VBA, but wizards and templates may create them).
If all fails, build your own. Use the form designer to create a blank form
then copy paste objects from the old form.
