Unwanted software not detected

Hallo :-))

I just used AntiSpyware to avoid unwanted connections to
internet.
As matter of fact, just after the Windows XP booting
(Italian ed.) an advise pops up (Comunicazioni di rete) to
inform that "an user or a program has requested
information" and asks to choose a connection.
If it is clicked the botton Annulla (Discard) a new
malitious windows pops up few seconds later.
AntiSpyware detected a couple od malitious software, but
not the one I was looking for!
What should I try?
 
Is it true that no one can suggest a way to solve the
problem?

Is available a software for monitoring windows during its
booting to report what program calls for a remote
connection?
