Unwanted 'Shortcut'

I went to this site: www.inbradio.com and once there I selected this to be
a shortcut on my Desktop. I expected an ordinary Icon to appear but found
that it produced this large unusual looking icon that I now don't want.
Trouble is, I can't do anything with this 'icon'. I can't click it, I can't
delete it, so I now want to get rid of it.

Can anyone suggest a way to delete it? I ran Spybot but this is not a
popup item or an advertising thing, but rather a 'sort-a ' icon that I put
there. Now, how do I get rid of it??

Anyone please.

You can try the following:

Go to Control Panel and double click on Display.
In Display Properties, click on the Desktop tab.
Click on the "Customize Desktop" button.
Click on the Web tab.
See if there's an entry in the list of web pages that's related
to that "icon".
Click on it to hightlight it and hit the Delete button.
