Unwanted search & link bar?

When opening up Exploxer (I have XP home ed), there's a 3rd party search & tool bar that i'm unable to
delete. I'm unable to locate the 3rd party s/w string. I checked remove/add programs, it's
not there.

I'm able to disable the 3rd party tool bar, when I have exploxer open, by going to the view, toolbars, and clicking
the suspect tool bar. But this does not get rid of it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried an "intruder" remover? Here are two that are popular -
and free...

Thankyou! I tried SPYbot eariler and it didn't work. The Adware worked fairly well. I was able to
clear the tool bar. I still have a locators.com search bar in the view menu, but it's not causing me an
issue.
