I have a remote server (in the internet) with the same
user name and password that my local Windows Home Edition
Xp has. My XP It makes hundreds of unwanted TCP
connection attemps to the remote server using ports 137
138 or 139 daily, wheather I have connected to the remote
server or not. The remote server is logging these
attempts as network p[rinter communication, using up
processor and disk resources, when I don't even have a
printer defined pointing to the remote server. How can
I stop these unwanted TCP connections on my XP.
