be impossable to get rid of. i would like to know if
anyone else knows of this. Ive tryed all the freeware

Have you installed a firewall such as Zonealarm? And Ad-aware or Spybot
to take care of the rest?

Hey, you know the only way i have found to get rid of
somthing resident like that is to hack and slash your
registry, now dont laugh hear me out, i have managed to
disable things(make not work) by seaching the registry for
insinces of the exact name of file, proccess ect. and
deleting enough of them to disable the program, cause if
it aint runnin in the registry it aint runnin on your
machine works for me. Just make sure you back up your
registry first(very important) cause if you screw up your
machine after a hack and slash session you can restore it
(the registry) back to the state it was before(yes even
the popup)
hope this helps its a messy job but...

administrative tools > services > messenger. Disable this service. It is
intended to be used by administrators to alert network users of such events
as system shutdown. Spammers have found that they can send alerts (popups)
to your computer using this service.
.

Ive already done this solution, they still come up.
its the worst ive ever seen.
