When I switch-on my computer, I get a message that
reads "Can't run 16-bit Window program. Insufficient
memory to run this application. Quit one or more Windows
applications and then try again."
I suspect the program causing the problem is being loaded
at start-up. I ran MSCONFIG and looked at Startup, but
how do I know which of the listed programs is the one
causing the problem and wish ones are essential for the
computer to operate correctly? I only wish to load the
essential programs.
