Unwanted hyperlinks?!

Help!
Once I open IE 6.0 and right-click my mouse, the drop
down menu now includes two porn site links. They are
located between "refresh" and "properties" and they do
not appear in any other software, to include Word,
desktop, or my documents. I went to add/remove programs
and saw nothing unusual there. I also deleted all
cookies and temporary internet files.
I have been on the phone with Dell TWICE and my phone
battery went dead before they could resolve the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.

There they were!!! I can't begin to tell you how
irritating those links were, and I easily spent 2-3 hours
with Dell with no results!

I'll return here next time. AND, I've kept your
instructions for other friends experiencing the same
problem.
