unwanted folder opening on bootup

I have an unwanted folder called "common" opening up on the desktop
when windows starts. How can I stop this
 
Download Startup Tracker application from this page:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_starttrack.htm

Launch the program, and click the "View log" button. Post the contents of
the log file here.

Note: No need to post the following sections:
