Unwanted download

Help. I downloaded a movie video from kazza. I renamed
it but left the .wmv now when I tried to delete it from
my share folder it wouldn't let me. A message pops up
that reads....cannot delete....it is being used by
another person or program. I do not share a computer
with anyone in fact I'm the only person here. Any ideas
please?
