a file keeps being generated, that I can not open, that
has a desktop shortcut and the symbol ~. I can not
determine what program is generating the file or the
shortcut. I keep putting it in the recycle bin and XP
creates another file. At first I thought Microsoft Word
was creating it, but now it will appear after being on
the internet also. Is this a virus? Symantec antivirus
says the computer is clean. Anyone know about this?
