Unwanted Attachments

For some reason, when I receive emails from list serves,
the footer added by the list serve is a txt attachment to
the email. Outlook 2000. Any idea how to stop this from
happening?

I had a similar problem a long time ago, and the problem
went away after I rebooted. This problem has continued
for quite some time.

How long do you wait between reboots? The problem you described may occur if
you leave Outlook open for a really really long period of time and haven't
restarted your computer in quite a while either.

Sometimes I reboot 2 or 3 times per day.
