Unwanted Advertising

Whenever I open Outlook Express, an ad for some "adult
dating service" appears at the right side. Is there a way
to get rid of it and prevent others? Or is this built into
Outlook?
 
It's definitely not built into Outlook Express.

Please repost this question in an Outlook Express newsgroup. This is an
Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
