Unwanted added items to all web pages in folder

How to stop adding photos to all web pages, in additionto the one I'm working
on? After adding a number of photos (and thumbnails) and labels below them; I
find that these thumbnails and labels are being added to the bottom of many
existing pages in the folder, even though they were not open during the
procees. If I strip them off the unwanted pages they come off the intended
page
 
You site is using shared borders, so don't insert images or other content into the shared border
area of a page unless you want it to appear on all page using the specific shared border.

Thank you, that is most helpful. I'll reorganize the page and eliminate the
shared borders.
