I'm working with a client who uses some unusual page numbering. The users are not experts, and need an easy way to do this (so no programming, unless it can be set up to run at the press of a button).
They have page numbering in their headers, 1,2,3 etc. Sometimes they have to add in extra pages (for instance to page 2) and number them 1,2a,2b,2c,3. Is there anyway that they can do this without using manual page numbers, and in a way that will appear in the TOC?
