Is there a way for FP2002 to get rid of all the unused files on my server? i
have a lot of pictures that I do not use or want anymore. I would like to
free up some of the space.

You can run Reports form within FP on file age, unlinked
files, etc. This should give you and idea of what may
not be needed. I am not aware of a utility in FP to
delete 'unused' files. This sounds a little dangerous to
assume the software knows your website better than you.
In general, if you store your pictures in a particular
folder, and you keep track of changes, you should have an
idea of what to get rid of. Also note, it would be a
good idea to backup your website before any
major "cleaning".

If the files are deleted
from within FrontPage in the local copy,
the next time updates are "Published"
FrontPage will prompt to delete the server copies.

You might recalculate hyperlinks and then Publish
changes only, and see if FrontPage asks to delete them.

In the future, if you are removing files from your
web, remove / delete them from your local web
with it open in FrontPage. Then the next time you "Publish"
FrontPage will ask you if you want to delete the files from the server.
