UNSURE Folder Gone in Outlook

I am using Windows XP Pro. I use Spam Bully on my email. I mistakenly
Deleted the UNSURE folder and after I put it in again, but it is not being
used now. I see email pop up for a second or 2 and then it disappears. When
it used to happen these ended up in the UNSURE forlder - now they just
disappear - not in spam or junk mail.

How can I make these go to the unsure folder?

This is a BCM group, and BCM doesn't manage email folders.
