I am trying to upgrade Outlook from 2000 to 2003 on Windows XP. But after
installing 2003, when I run Outlook, as it is starting up, I get an error
message reading "Unable to open your default E-mail folders. Out of memory or
system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again."
I have tried this after startup, so that Outlook is the only thing running.
I have also attempted to turn off several system resources, but I get the
same message. Consequently, I checked with another computer that I
successfully upgraded and the available memory on both computers was similar.
How can I fix this problem?
