I am using Outlook 2003 and have created a new signature that seems to be giving me a problem. The signature is a standard one with my name, work address, email address, and phone number. I have also added a small jpeg image to it. I set up the signature to automatically be inserted in all outgoing messages. However, when I press the Send button a dialog box pops up with the dreaded "Unspecified Error" message.
Is there some limit on the file size for any inserted image in the signature file or does the image file have to be in a specified directory?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
