Get rid of all the Spyware you seem to have accumulated on your PC. Download
and install AdAware from:
www.lavasoftusa.com

At the same time think about getting decent antivirus software (and keeping
it updated) and enabling the XP built in firewall. Once your PC is free of
malware. Then and only then think about getting SP2 for better security and
a built in popup blocker.

When visiting porn sites, always be careful not to download/install
their "free" viewers. You'll get more than expected, every time. To
repair the current situation, uninstall the "viewer(s)" provided and
then use Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search and Destroy
from www.safer-networking.org/ to clean up any residue. Both have
free versions for personal use.

You should also try using MSConfig to see if something is being
started each time you reboot.

Additionally, Look in the C:\Documents and Settings\All

agree with the use of lavasoft and spybot

but do yourself a real favour and download mozilla firefox
for your browser (which has a built in pop-up blocker and
tabbed browsing, and the option to load various other
attributes like an ad-blocker for NIX)

if you want to have gates and windows, you'll need to get
some locks on your doors online
