unsolicited email.

I'm getting lots of unsolicited email from "via networkadmin-1".
Currently I send these emails to Junk E-mail. The messages in the
emails do not appear to be malware. Most, if not all, appear to be
computer/technical.

How do I prevent these emails coming to me?

If they all use the exact same from address found in the message source,
(Ctrl+F3), then a message rule with a Delete it from server action will
keep you from seeing them at all.

These apply to WinMail as well.
