unsendable e-mail

Hi all! starting 4th week with no outbound e-mail. tnx to "nutcase" who got me int
"outlook properties" where i thot i would find missing or errored entries. but
they seem to be ok with "incoming" entered as "pop.netzero.net" and "outgoing
as "smpt.netzero.net". but still rcvg error msgs of "server cannot be found" an
"host smpt cannot be found" error #Ox800cccOd". So, what's wrong? "Make it go
daddy, make it go!" tnx
 
have you tried outgoing as mail.netzero.net

If that wasn't a typo and you have outgoing setup as smpt.netzero.net ...
try changing it to smtp.netzero.net

Also, Netzero should have a page in their online help area that gives the
exact entries you need to make in your email program. Their tech support,
if reachable by phone, should know that info too.
