unsendable e-mail

Hi! been chasing this thing for 3 weeks. Outbound e-mail failed after being ok
error msg referred to "cannot find host". "Help" sez I need to "verify server settings
by going to "tools/accounts/properties". I can't find a 'tools" that has a
"accounts" option. Need the geekmaster

When you are in Outlook Express click on Tools (at the top). You will get a
drop down menu. The next to the last item on the menu is Accounts. Click on
Accounts. You will get a window where you select your accounts(email or
news). Click on the account you want then click on Properties on the right
side of the window.
