unsafe attachments in e-mail messages

At the top of my new e-mails messages, I get the message,
e.g., "OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachments in your mail: pic 19264.jpg."

When I forward any e-mails to other friends, they do not
get attachments even if the above statement is not in my
message.

What is the problem?

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft Access, a database application.

Please direct your question to the Outlook Express
