Hi all, i still got a problem with partion recognition.

5 partitions are missing Fat 32 or NTFS doesn't matter, logical or not,
extended or not.

I have put screenshots on a website (http://pimuchan.free.fr) of:
- the "Computer" window showing the 5 good partitions
- the hard drive properties
- the device manager with devices uninstalled
- the error message when the driver installation fails
- the Disk Management Window showin all hard drives recognized
- the error message when i try to see the properties of an unknown
partition.

Note: All partitions work under XP SP2 wich is installed in a recognized
partition named Koala.

I someone got an idea i'ld like to read it.

Sincerly yours,

Pimu

First "pimu" your screen shots are great - nice job.
It looks like disk management is listing your drives and "logical"
partitions - however it appears you did not assign drive letters to the
partitions designated as logical.

good night all,

Thx for your help i searched some more and after a month i finally realized
vista isn't able to find the correct drivers in C:/windows/system32/drivers
by it self.

i forced manually the driver and forced it.

my 5 partions missing are back.
