unrecognized database format

I have developed a project in ms access 2000 (frontend and backend), after 3
months i am getting the error unauthorised database format, my database 15 mb
now, 7 users, jet 4.0, i am not able to find the solution on this.
The database got currpted and i repaired that in access 2003 and converted
it again in access 2000.
The application was running well for last 3 months and now this error is
coming, after this error my people are still eble to add the record but when
they come out of the application they can not get into it again.
Please help me out on this if you want to ask any questions on this please
