UNREAL TOURNAMENT

i used to play unreal with no problems but now i cant connect to play on the
internet...! my connection is fine, i reistalled game it but still cant play,
it tells me that "Master Server failed".. can someone help?

Are you using Service Pack 2?
If so, did you add UT to your SP2 firewall's exceptions list?

This doesn't matter, I have been having problems getting Freelancer to run. I
have disabled the windows firewall, added it to exception list, anything you
can mention here will NOT help. It is a flaw in XP Service pack 2. Before
updating to SP2 Freelancer ran FINE on the internet and my LAN. Now
Freelancer can only be played in singleplayer. Any attempt to connect to the
internet or a LAN game causes it to freeze after 20 seconds and must be
closed in Windows Task Manager.
