Unreadable file

Just downloaded a file for the second time, and
Mediaplayer9 still won't play it. Keep getting "error
code0xc00d001f" any ideas on a solution??? this is a
complete album, that took several hours to get, even with
a broadband pipe. What gives?????
 
the error code you gave means that the file is not found, are you sure thats
to right code?
