Hi
I have a Windows XP pro laptop with Office 2003 pro. Outlook 2003 is my
default email client, but it also has Outlook Express as part of the XP
operating system.
There are multiple users set up.
In case it is relevant (probably not) the machine is configured to disable
switching of users without logging off.
The start-up configuration is set so that when you boot up the users are all
displayed, and you just have to click on the user name to log on.
Against my name there is displayed the legend that I have "one unread
message".
When I load either Outlook or Outlook Express I have in my inbox various
messages but all of them are flagged as read.
It makes no difference whether I log off or reboot, I cannot get rid of the
irritating message saying that I still have one unread message on reboot.
Help????
Thanks
