Unread mail marked as "Inbox" don't get to Inbox

Here's my problem. Mail that appears in "Unread Mail" as being in my "Inbox"
does not appear in my Inbox. This has just begun happening. I prefer
consulting my Inbox for priority mail, so this is a real problem.

If Unread Mail says it's in Inbox, then it is. It looks like you have your
Inbox view hiding the messages. reset your Inbox view to "Messagaes" and
reset the Messages view by clicking View>Arrange By>Current View>Customize
Current View>Reset Current View or View>Current View>Customize Current
View>Reset Current View, depending on your Outlook version, which you decided
was a secret.
