unread emails

Hello I have not emails in my outlook express folwder and
when i am on my login screen it says i have 6 unread can
any one help

Hi

Here are a couple of ways to stop that message:

1. Download a 'fix' from - http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_mailnotify.htm

2. Download TweakUi from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp - when installed go to: Programs>TweakUI for Windows XP - then Logon>Unread Mail. You will have to uninstall any previous of TweakUI before installing this version.

Try looking at the email address associated with your Windows
Messenger account. Mine is a Hotmail address, and that is the account
that corresponds to the unread email count.
