U Unknown Dec 27, 2003 #3 It's a registry error. To fix, click start, run, type regedit, OK, scroll to HKET_CURRENT_USER\Software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\unreadmail. Double click the value Message ExpiryDays in the right pane and change the value to 0 (ZERO).
