unquarantined program lost!!

Hi, I quarantined a program and then decided to
unquarantine it. The program worked but the next day,
the whole program is gone/removed from my computer and
I've lost all the files in my program...what happened??
can I restore it and get my files back??? pls help....thnx

(For future reference) After quarentine yo have to rename
de folder and move the folder to differnt location.
