.I know what I wrote. I want an answer please.

First, an hour is not a long time to wait for an answer. You may find that
the more impatient you are, the fewer people will want to respond. This
isn't a chat room, and no one is paid to answer, so it may take some time
for someone to show up who has an answer to your question.

Second, have you tried contacting eBay about this? It's their toolbar, so
they're more likely to know what it requires.

Next, what was the exact message that told you to "unplug" something? What
and where did it tell you to unplug? Are you sure this was a Windows
message? (unplugging refers to hardware, and I'm at a loss to imagine what
hardware needs to be unplugged to install a toolbar).

As far as your toolbar and Windows security, it may not be possible to have
both. I'm not familiar with the eBay toolbar, but a lot of allegedly helpful
toolbars are infested with malware. If the only way to run it is to turn off
security features, there's not much you can do about it. You have the choice
to have to toolbar or have the security features.

Last, putting your email address in a public newsgroup is a really bad idea.
