Hi,

After posting news in the news group two week ago, I often
receive many messages from microsoft.com,
support.microsoft.com, microsoft.net, freemail.com,
puremail.com with titles "undeliverable
message", "security pack upgrade" and etc.

Last night, I got over 29 messages!

Does anyone know how to terminate those email sending to
my account?

I wish I new I get them all the time now too and the not
so funny thing about them is norton antivirus does not
like them either there seems to be a worm virus attached
to the attachment that comes with them. So I hope you
have your virus scan software updated.

I do not have an answer for the problem but it definitely
seems to be related to this newsgroup. I left a msg
yesterday (10-06) and this morning has 173 messages. No
resolution for Windows Explorer Freezing but about 90
messages from the groups and/or with the title described
earlier.

It took me almost an hour to get my email because Norton
wants you to confirm each msg detected with a virus. Now
I need to find a way to tell Norton to automatically
delete the message and continue without waiting for user
confirmation.

Using a real email addr in a public forum is a really, really bad idea.
Not unlike strolling across a battlefield holding a sign saying Shoot Me.

A lot of those attachments are most likely the swen virus, I would recommend
deleting them immediately. Using a malformed address is not a bad idea
either as Dan suggested.
