unorganized files

I had someone put together a decent web site for me a sa partner. We
had a falling out and they said they'd givve me the wib site. They
emailed me all the files in the structure but not instead of burning
the the files in the directories to I could carry on. Now all I have
is a whole bunch of files all in 1 directory. This was created in
front page 2002.

What can I do to get this mess back into a web site? Is there a way
without involving my ex-partner to simplify the process?

If I could get them to help out is there a way for them ot export the
web site from version 2002 to my version 2002 that would bring it all
in organizied?

If the live/remote site has the FP extensions, then you would use File Menu | Open web to open the
site in FP on the live/remote server and then use File Menu | Publish Web to get a local copy back
on your machine
