Unmovable Fixed Address Bar

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has seen a problem like this or
knows of anything that can fix it.

After opening an html file on another computer across my
network, the address bar on my browser is now permanently
fixed to the side, showing only the word "Address". It
will not move. I can choose to show it and hide it, but
other than that, I cannot do anything else. I type my
url's from the Run window now. :/

Any help is appreciated. Thanx.

Close all instances of IE except one
Right-click on the top Toolbar, uncheck: "Lock the Toolbars"
Place the cursor over the "Address" button and click (hold down)
It will change to a 4-way arrow, move or expand the Address Bar to desired
location
Right-click on the top Toolbar, check: "Lock the Toolbars"
Hold down the Ctrl key and close IE

Confirm these default Registry entries exist:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"Show_ToolBar"="yes"
"Show_URLinStatusBar"="yes"
"Show_URLToolBar"="yes"

Is the "Address" button visible? (if so ignore the below)
If not then there may be a Registry restriction that is preventing it from
loading.

Open Regedit to the following locations:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbars\Restrictions]
"NoAddressBar"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbars\Restrictions]
"NoAddressBar"=dword:00000001

Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction)
Note: always Export before editing.
