unmovable files?

When do the defragment of the OS partition C:, You will
always see a green area of unmovable files. It usually
occupies a large space.
What are those unmovable files, the space occupied by
them can be reduced?
 
These files are usualy either part of Windows, the pagin
file or hibernation file or parts of the NTFS volume's MFT
table.
All these sections are mamanged by the system, you don't
need to worry about them.
